About this recipe

Serve this party favourite with crisp crudités or breadsticks and a glass of fizz. Alternatively, dish it up as a more substantial meal alongside American-style buffalo wings, fries and celery sticks. The leftovers make a great topping melted into a hot, fluffy jacket potato.


  • 85g crumbled Blue Stilton
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • 40g Sour Cream
  • 1 Garlic Clove – crushed
  • Tabasco Sauce (optional)


  1. Put 100g of Mayonnaise, 40g of Sour Cream, a crushed garlic clove and 85g of Blue Stilton and placed them in a mixing bowl. We’ve added a dash of Tabasco Sauce to give the dip a little kick but this is totally optional.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and place in a large serving bowl or in individual shot glasses and serve with crudities.
  3. This recipe will fill approximately 6 shot glasses.
