About this recipe

A very simple dessert but looks and tastes incredible. Crème Fraiche can be substituted for gently whipped Double Cream or Whipping Cream for a slightly more indulgent dish.


  • 100g Crème Fraiche
  • 100g Any sweet dessert cheese


  1. Take 100g Crème Fraiche and add 100g of any sweet dessert cheese.
  2. Blend the 2 ingredients together and place a spoonful into a merguine nest, a brandy snap basket, a pastry case or simply on some shortbread biscuits.
  3. Decorate with seasonal fruit.
