From London to Paris
10 Clawson Riders (Alan Honan, Ashley Reek, Chris Vose, Hannah Shaw, John Burdett, Karl McGee, Luke Goddard, Mark Taylor, Mick Dodd & Paul Taylor) are embarking on a personal cycling challenge… 180 miles of road from London to Paris starting on the 3rd September 2015. They are raising funds for Long Clawson Dairy’s nominated charity the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance (DLRAA).
The DLRAA attend to over 1000 missions a year, 5 or more a day – each costing around £1700. The service provides life-saving treatment and medication with rapid transport to specialist hospitals for those suffering serious injury and illness. The DLRAA receives no government funding and relies solely on donations!
