Windsor Red™ Salad Kebabs

Ingredients
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • Windsor Red™ cut into bite size cubes
  • cucumber cut into bite size chunks
  • fresh basil leaves to garnish
  • flavoured cous cous to serve
  • kebab sticks

 

Method

Gently push onto each kebab stick a cherry tomato, basil leaf, piece of cucumber, Windsor Red™ cheese, carry on in this order until the kebab stick is full.

Serve the kebabs on a bed of cooked flavoured Cous Cous.
