Apple Cider Cheese & Potato Rosti

Ingredients
  • 400g Potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 50g Onion, peeled and diced
  • Handful of dried sage-optional
  • 150g Apple Cider Chutney Cheese – grated

 

Method
  1. Place the grated potato into a tea towel and squeeze to release all excess water. Place in a mixing bowl and add in diced onion and herbs. Mix together until mixture forms together – a small amount of melted butter may be required to bind the mixture together.
  2. Divide mixture into individual patties and fry over a gentle heat until both sides are golden brown.
  3. Serve immediately.
