125g Thomas Hoe Aged Leicestershire Red
50g Dried apricots, diced
50g Dried cranberries
25g Caramelised onion chutney
Approximately 25 crostini’s

Method

Method
1) Cut the Thomas Hoe Aged Leicestershire Red into 25 equal triangular shaped wedges.
2) Mix together the dried fruit and the caramelised onion chutney.
3) Place a teaspoonful of the dried fruit mixture onto the top of each of the crostini’s and finish with a Thomas Hoe Aged Leicestershire Red wedge.
4) Serve immediately.
