Whirl™ & Paneer

Whirl™ can only be produced by Clawson. It is a cheese Swiss roll with territorial cheese forming the outer, and a soft cream cheese on the inner.

Paneer is a very popular Asian cooking cheese, mainly used with herbs and spices to enhance the rich flavours.
