The production of our White Stilton® and territorial blended Cheese takes place at the Bottesford Site, 10 miles from Long Clawson Dairy. It was opened as a dedicated blended facility in 1979 following the launch of the Windsor Red cheese, and now has over 30 different varieties of cheese to choose from.
Fruit blends are predominantly made from a White Stilton® base whereas the more savoury varieties command a territorial base such as Cheddar, Double Gloucester or Red Leicester.
