Bakewell Show 2011
A month has passed since our great success at this years International Cheese Awards, however it did not mean that our success should just stop there!!!
As people flooded to one of the oldest agricultural shows in the heart of the peak district, once again our AGED LEICESTERSHIRE RED was the star of the show, as it showed once again why it deservedly won super gold at the World Cheese Awards in 2010, as it claimed top spot by winning THE UK CHEESE GUILD SUPREME CHAMPION as well as the HUGH YOUNG MEMORIAL TROPHY as the best cows cheese.
